Rates are in US dollar (USD). 8% Active.com registration fee will apply.

Participants must be 18 years old on 25 August 2019 to compete in IRONMAN 70.3 Bintan 2019
Age category is determined by the participant’s age on 31 December 2019
IRONKIDS age is from 6 – 14 years

KEY TERMS & CONDITIONS

The race is open to athletes of all nationalities
On-the-day entries will not be accepted
Participants must be 18 years old on 25 August 2019 to compete in IRONMAN 70.3 Bintan 2019
Age category is determined by the participant’s age on 31 December 2019
Relay must be made of 2 or 3 athletes, of any gender combination
Participants that do not return their timing device at the end of the race and by 30 August 2019 will be charged a fee of US$35 for the timing chip and US$15 for the velcro strap
All entries are non-transferable to other participants or to other years of the event

No changes between race distances are permitted after 00:00 (SGT), Sunday, 5 August 2019
No team member changes are permitted after 00:00 (SGT), Sunday, 5 August 2019
Entries close at 00:00 (SGT), Thursday 15 August 2019 or until all slots are sold out
Participants racing under an assumed name or age or giving false information will be disqualified and risk suspension or expulsion from other IRONMAN® and MetaSport events
The Organisers will not be responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete and/or incorrect entry details given by the participants

Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

Athletes confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw must do so in writing to the Race Office.
It is the athlete’s responsibility to ensure the race office has received any communication. All requests will be responded to in a timely manner. Upon confirmation of this request, athletes are eligible for a partial refund as follows:
Any requests received before 17:00 (SGT) Monday 27 May 2019 will be eligible for a 50% refund of event entry fee paid.
Any requests received before 17:00 (SGT) Thursday 11 July 2019 will be eligible for a 25% refund of event entry fee paid.
Any requests received after 17:00 (SGT) Thursday 11 July 2019 will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
