We thank you for your continued patience.
Following our previous update regarding the postponement of Indofood IRONMAN 70.3 Bintan, we want to reassure all athletes that we are working diligently to secure a new race date for the second half of 2021. As stated in the previous update below, registered athletes for events that are postponed due to COVID-19 by the local health authorities will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.
All race entry options and further event updates will be communicated to registered athletes as soon as they are available. Stay tuned to the event page for the latest information. If you have additional questions, please contact email@example.com.
Accommodation Booking at Bintan Lagoon Resort
If you have an accommodation booking at Bintan Lagoon Resort, please be aware that the hotel is closing and has committed to issuing refunds to all participants. Kindly email Mr Wahyudi, Director of Rooms (firstname.lastname@example.org), and cc in the following addresses: email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com.
Note that these hotel refunds may take up to 6 weeks (depending on the bank processing time) and will be credited into the specific cardholders’ credit card which was used as payment for their booking.
